Cornerstone Consulting was established in 2002 to provide high quality, independent advice and support to clients wanting to transform their people, services and organisations in order to dramatically improve customer service, staff engagement, operational efficiency and to achieve organisational success.  

We bring together a strong team of consultants and change practitioners with broad experience across public and private sectors, ranging from strategic level work with boards and senior management teams to transforming front-line service delivery and back office support functions and implementing key infrastructure such as IT and customer contact centres.
